Refunds & Returns Policy

At Popsicle Professional Nails (Pty) Ltd (“Popsicle,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we pride ourselves on providing high-quality professional nail products. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we have a strict no returns and no refunds policy on all nail products.

  1. No Returns Policy
    • Due to the nature of nail products and the risk of contamination, we do not accept returns on any products once they have left our warehouse.
    • This applies to all gel polishes, builder gels, liquids, treatments, and related nail care products.
  1. No Refunds Policy
    • Popsicle does not offer refunds once an order has been processed and delivered.
    • Please ensure that you carefully review your order before confirming and making payment.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    We take great care to pack and ship your order securely. If your parcel arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong items:

    • Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
    • Send us photos of the parcel/product and your order number to orders@popsiclenails.co.za.
    • We will investigate and advise whether a replacement will be sent at our discretion.
  1. Exchanges
    • We do not allow product exchanges once an order has been dispatched.
  1. Customer Responsibility
    • Please double-check your order before checkout to ensure you’ve selected the correct items, quantities, and shades.
    • Popsicle cannot be held responsible for incorrect product selections made during checkout.
