Shipping & Collections Policy

At Popsicle Professional Nails (Pty) Ltd (“Popsicle,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This policy outlines how we handle shipping and collections for both national and international orders.
1. National Shipping (South Africa)
- We deliver nationwide using The Courier Guy.
- Standard delivery times are 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
- Orders placed before 8am on weekdays will be dispatched the same day where possible.
- Summer Cut-Off Rule: To ensure product quality, no national shipments are dispatched after 8am on Fridays during the summer months, as products may be exposed to heat in courier warehouses over weekends, potentially causing defects.
2. International Shipping
- We ship internationally via FedEx.
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination (typically 7–14 business days).
- Customs & Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. Popsicle is not liable for these additional charges.
3. Collections (Johannesburg Only)
- Orders may be collected directly from our head office:

Building D, First Floor
Cnr Nelson Mandela Avenue & Robin Close
Meyersdal, Gauteng, 1448
- Collections are available only in Johannesburg at the above address.
- A collection notification will be sent via email once your order is ready.
- Please allow 24 hours from order confirmation before collecting.
- Orders will not be released without proof of confirmation/collection notification.
4. Delivery Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight/size.
- Promotional free shipping (if applicable) will be clearly indicated on our website.
5. Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your delivery.
6. Delivery Conditions
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Popsicle is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the provided address.
- If you are unavailable at delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or make arrangements directly with you.
7. Delays & Exceptions
- While we work closely with our courier partners, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
